Quick Apricot Relish


How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 5 minutes
  1. Drain apricot halves and reserve juice. Slice apricot halves.

  2. Add juice to a small saucepan with the MAGGI Apricot Chicken Recipe Base, white wine vinegar, sliced apricots and capsicum.

  3. Bring to the boil and stir until thick. Cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
