Spaghetti Bolognese


  • 2 tbsp
  • 500g
    lean beef mince
  • 1 medium (150g)
    onion, finely chopped
  • 250g
    button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pkt
  • 1/4 cup (60mL)
    red wine
  • 400g Can
    crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 300g
  • 1/4 cup (10g)
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • Shaved parmesan, to serve

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes
  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Add mince, cook until browned; add onion and mushrooms, cook a further 5 minutes.

  2. Combine MAGGI Roast Meat Gravy, red wine, tomatoes and oregano; add to pan and bring to the boil. Simmer uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick. Stir in parsley.

  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain. Serve with sauce and parmesan.
