Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl combine flour and salt. Pour in SAN PELLEGRINO and mix to a firm dough. Transfer mixture to a lightly floured bench and knead until smooth.
Divide into 16 even pieces; approx. 50g. Roll each piece into a ball, place onto prepared tray. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
