Mexican Noodle Bake


How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 22 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan with baking paper. Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles according to packet directions discard flavour sachet; drain.

  2. Combine noodles, MAGGI Chili Con Carne Recipe Base, zucchini, carrot, onion, tomatoes and kidney beans. Spread into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheese; bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
