Spicy Pork Noodle Soup


  • 1 tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 cup (70g)
    mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 300g
    pork mince
  • 1 ½ tsp
    ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp
    Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 pkts
  • 3 cups (750mL)
  • 2
    shallots, sliced
  • 1 tbsp
    coriander, chopped

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat a medium saucepan with oil; add mushroom and pork mince; cook for 5 minutes or until browned.

  2. Add ginger, mirin, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce and flavour sachets from MAGGI Fusian Noodles Hot & Spicy (reserving noodles until later). Add water to pan; bring to the boil.

  3. Add reserved noodles to pan, cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender; stir through shallots and coriander. Serves immediately.
