Just Add

  • 150g
    dried udon noodle
  • 500g
    lean chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1 (150g)
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (200g)
    red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups (180g)
    snow peas, sliced
  • 2 tsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • Note: If you are using shelf –fresh noodles you will need approximately 400g. Prepare noodles according to directions on packet; and use in step 3.

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 10 Minutes

  1. Cook udon noodles according to directions on packet, rinse well under cold water; drain, set aside.

  2. Heat frying pan or wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil, cook chicken for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Add onion and capsicum, cook for 2 minutes or until tender.

  3. Add snow peas, noodles and MAGGI Yakiudon sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
