150gdried udon noodle
500glean chicken, thinly sliced
1 (150g)onion, thinly sliced
1 (200g)red capsicum, thinly sliced
2 cups (180g)snow peas, sliced
2 tsptoasted sesame seeds
- Note: If you are using shelf –fresh noodles you will need approximately 400g. Prepare noodles according to directions on packet; and use in step 3.
How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 10 Minutes
Cook udon noodles according to directions on packet, rinse well under cold water; drain, set aside.
Heat frying pan or wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil, cook chicken for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Add onion and capsicum, cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
Add snow peas, noodles and MAGGI Yakiudon sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
