MAGGI Marketplace Thai Chilli Jam Recipe Base is made with a delicious combination of your favourite Thai ingredients like red chilli, garlic and sweet golden syrup, it’s perfectly balanced and great tasting everytime.

In a few easy steps, just add chicken, fresh veggies, eggs, noodles and crushed peanuts to make your favourite Noodle dishes at home. For a meat free alternative, get creative and swap the chicken for firm tofu.

Just Add

  • 150g
    dried flat rice noodles
  • 500g
    lean chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1 (150g)
    onion, sliced
  • 1 (200g)
    red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 (120g)
    zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp
    cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
  • NB: If you are using shelf –fresh noodles you will need approximately 400g. Prepare noodles according to directions on packet; and use in step 3

How to Make

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 10 Minutes

  1. Cook rice noodles according to directions on packet, rinse well under cold water; drain, set aside.

  2. Heat frying pan or wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil, cook chicken for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

  3. Add onion and capsicum; cook for 2 minutes or until tender.

  4. Add zucchini, noodles and MAGGI Thai Chilli Jam sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with crushed cashew nuts and serve.
