How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 10 Minutes
Cook rice noodles according to directions on packet, rinse well under cold water; drain, set aside.
Heat frying pan or wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil, cook chicken for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Add onion and capsicum; cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
Add zucchini, noodles and MAGGI Thai Chilli Jam sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with crushed cashew nuts and serve.
