MAGGI Marketplace Singapore Noodles Recipe Base is made with a delicious combination of ingredients inspired by the Hawker Street Food Stalls found throughout Singapore like coriander, red chilli and aromatic ginger, it’s perfectly balanced and great tasting everytime.

150gdried vermicelli noodles
500glean chicken, thinly sliced
1 (150g)onion, sliced
1 (200g)red capsicum, thinly sliced
1 (120g)carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
1 ½ cups (120g)bean sprouts
2 tspfried shallots
- Note: If you are using shelf –fresh noodles you will need approximately 400g. Prepare noodles according to directions on packet; and use in step 3.
How to Make
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 15 Minutes | Cooking time: 10 Minutes
Cook vermicelli noodles according to directions on packet, rinse well under cold water; drain, set aside.
On medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil in a large frypan, cook chicken for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Add onion, capsicum and carrot; cook for 2 minutes or until tender.
Add bean sprouts, vermicelli noodles and MAGGI Singapore Sauce. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with fried shallots and serve.
