Asian Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pkts
  • 5 cups (1.25 L)
    boiling water
  • 1 tbsp
    soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp
    ginger puree
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • ¼ x
    cooked chicken, skin and bones removed, shredded
  • 1 x
    green onion, sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup
    coriander leaves

How to Cook

Prep Time: 3 minutes | Cooking Time: 2 minutes
  1. Break MAGGI 2 Minute Noodle cakes into quarters; combine noodles, contents of flavour sachets, water, soy, ginger and brown sugar in saucepan.

  2. Bring to boil, simmer 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
