Use your noodle to create a light meal

Too hungry for a snack, but love noodles?

If this happens to you, I’ve got a few ideas for really quick ways to turn your noodles into a meal.

First up, shred some cooked chicken, and grab some sweetcorn, add these to the noodles while cooking and reserve the broth to make a chicken, noodle and sweetcorn soup. That’s about 2 minutes all up!
