Create your own winter wonderland and celebrate the season with a delicious slow cooked curry.

When slow cooking always use the cheaper cuts of meat, not only are these great for the budget, they taste amazing.

For a big dipping pot that can be shared with friends or family use around 1kg of beef as this will be enough for 8 to 10 people. Either make your own curry powder or paste or use a shop bought one. A couple of packs of MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base would be work perfectly. Cover the meat, add some stock and either simmer, covered for 4 hours on the stove top or cook in a slow cooker until the meat is falling apart.

Serve with some warm naan bread, poppadoms, chutneys and pickles.
