banana and raspberry fruit crepes

Easy Fruit Crepes Recipe

Richard from the MAGGI Kitchen shares a fresh idea for Easy Fruit Crepes.  Perfect for school holidays.

A simple recipe to prepare and will be ready in 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup (150g) plain flour, sifted

1½ cups (375mL) milk

2 eggs, lightly whisked

spray oil for cooking

5 cups of chopped fruit, we like bananas, strawberries and mango (if not in season, canned mango is perfect)

METHOD

  1. Mix together flour, milk and eggs until smooth. A blender is great for this.
  2. Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with oil, and place over medium heat. Pour in ¼ cup of batter and tilt pan so it covers the base.
  3. Cook until golden approx. 2 minutes, then flip and cook on the other side until golden. Remove from pan, transfer to a plate and place in a low oven to keep warm while you cook remaining crepes.
