plants growing out of egg shells

No need to walk on eggshells these Easter holidays, with these cool cress heads!

They are so easy to grow and make a fun thing for the kids to do this Easter.
To get started you will need some cress seeds, felt tip pens and some cotton wool. And of course why not start the day with boiled eggs and soldiers, taking care when removing the tops. After brekkie, carefully clean and dry the egg shells then draw a face on each one. Pop them into an egg carton or eggcups. Place some dampened cotton wool in the bottom of each one then add some cress seeds and gently press into the cotton wool.
Place on a windowsill or other dry, bright place just watch the cress heads grow.
