“Hi Sharon, the simplest way to stick to a healthy eating plan is to ensure you balance your plate. Fill one half with vegetables a quarter with carbohydrate such as rice, pasta or potatoes and the final quarter with protein. This way you will always be getting a good variety of nutrients in the right proportions.”
