Question of The Week

Ben Asks...

“Which is best a pressure cooker or a slow cooker?”

Richard Says...

“Hi Ben, a slow cooker is great if you have time in the morning to get ingredients ready, whereas a pressure cooker cooks in minutes so you can still prepare a hearty meal super quick in the evening. I prefer to cook sticky sweet meals in the slow cooker to prevent burning. This sticky lamb is one of my favourites.”
