Spicy Bean Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1 medium (150g)
    onion, finely chopped
  • spray oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    coriander
  • 440g can
    red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 400g
    can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2 tsp
  • 8 flour
    tortillas
  • 4 x
    lettuce leaves , shredded
  • 1 large (220g)
    tomato, diced
  • ½ cup (60g)
    grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup (95g)
    low fat natural yoghurt

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 8 minutes
  1. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste and MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce. Bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes or until thickened slightly.

  2. To serve, divide filling between tortillas; roll, then top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and yoghurt.
