Mixed Mushroom Stroganoff With Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients

  • 20g
    butter
  • 1 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 large (200g)
    onion, sliced
  • 500g
    mixed mushrooms
  • 1 1/3 cup (330mL)
    water
  • 1 pkt
    MAGGI Beef Stroganoff
  • 3 medium (360g)
    zucchini, spiralised into noodles
  • 1/4 cup (60g)
    sour cream
  • 40g
    feta cheese, crumbled

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Heat butter and oil in pan, add onion and mushrooms, cook over low heat 5-8 minutes or until golden. Add combined 1 1/3 cup (330mL) water and MAGGI Recipe Base; bring to boil, stirring. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened

  2. Meanwhile, place zoodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 20-40 seconds. Drain well, arrange zoodles on serving platter.

  3. Stir sour cream through mushroom mixture. Serve over cooked zoodles, top with feta.
