Carrot Chips


  • 4 medium (120g)
  • spray oil for cooking
  • pinch of caraway seeds
  • seasoning to taste

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan forced. Grease and line a baking tray.

  2. Wash and pat dry carrots. Using a vegetable peeler, peel off full length strips. Add to a large bowl spray with oil, add caraway seeds and seasoning, toss to coat evenly.

  3. Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet, bake for around 12 minutes, remove from oven turn over and cook for a further 12 minutes or until chips are starting to brown. Turn off oven and open door slightly, leaves carrots in oven until cooled.
