Teriyaki Salmon Noodles


  • 400g
    skinless boneless salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp
    teriyaki sauce
  • 2 pkts
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 200g
    snow peas, thinly sliced
  • 3
    shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp
    sesame seeds, toasted

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan forced, grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Brush salmon with 2 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce. Bake for 10 minutes; set aside.

  2. Cook MAGGI Fusian Noodles according to packet instructions, keep warm.

  3. Heat a frying pan with oil, add snow peas, cook for 2 minutes or until tender, add noodles, remaining teriyaki sauce and shallots.

  4. Break the salmon into pieces, serve on the noodle mixture, top with sesame seeds.
