Teriyaki Salmon Fillets With Sesame Vegetables


  • 2 tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125mL)
    soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    ginger puree
  • 2 tsp
    garlic puree
  • 1/2 cup (125mL)
  • 1 tbsp
    wine vinegar
  • 2 x 200g
    salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 cup (100g)
    snow peas
  • 1 (200g)
    red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 bunch
    baby bok choy, quartered
  • 1 tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • Spray oil for cooking

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, oil and vinegar. Place salmon in marinade; coat liberally; marinate for ten minutes.

  2. Heat frying pan over a medium heat, spray with oil; cook salmon for 5 minutes per side, basting with excess marinade during cooking.

  3. Meanwhile, heat a wok over high heat; add sesame oil, snow peas, capsicum, and bok choy; stir fry for 5 minutes or until cooked; sprinkle with sesame seeds. To serve, place salmon over sesame vegetables.
