Tangy Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (160g)
    red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups (120g)
    lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium (120g)
    carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup (10g)
    mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup (160g)
    cooked chopped seafood
  • 2 tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp
    Sweet Chilli Sauce

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: minutes
  1. Place cabbage, lettuce, carrot, mint and seafood into a large bowl; toss to combine.

  2. Drizzle salad with combined lime juice, MAGGI Fish Sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Chill before serving.
