Crispy Topped Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 (500g)
    boneless white fish fillets
  • 1 pkt
  • ¾ cup (190mL)
    boiling water
  • 1 cup (120g)
    grated low fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½cups (100g)
    fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp
    wholegrain mustard
  • 1 x
    green onion (shallot), chopped
  • 2 tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 40g
    butter, melted

How to Cook

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease an ovenproof dish; add fish, arranging in a single layer.

  2. Place MAGGI Tasty Cheese Sauce in a small bowl or jug; whisk in water. Pour over fish, then top with combined cheese, breadcrumbs, mustard, green onion, parsley and butter.

  3. Bake 25-30 minutes until fish is cooked and topping is golden. Serve immediately.
