Thai Pork Salad


  • 250g
    pork fillet, thinly sliced
  • spray oil for cooking
  • 1/4 cup (60mL)
    Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 medium (150g)
    tomato, cut into cubes
  • 1 small (130g)
    cucumber, sliced
  • 1
    green onion (shallot), thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp
    coriander, chopped
  • 1 small (70g)
    carrot, cut into strips

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 4 minutes
  1. Heat a grill on medium high. Spray plate with oil; cook porkĀ until just cooked, aboutĀ 2 minutes each side.

  2. Combine sweet chilli sauce, MAGGI Fish Sauce and lemon juice. Pour over combined pork, tomato, cucumber, green onion, coriander and carrot; mix well.
