Sweet Chilli, Garlic & Ginger Pork Cutlet


  • 1/4 cup (60mL)
    Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tsp
    minced ginger
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
  • 4 (940g)
    pork cutlets
  • 4 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 4 cups
    mixed Asian greens (bok choy, choy sum), washed
  • 2 tbsp

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. In a large bowl combine sweet chilli sauce, ginger, garlic and MAGGI Original Seasoning. Add pork cutlets and marinade for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat a large frying pan with 2 tsp oil; cook pork for 5 minutes either side on a medium heat or until cooked through

  3. Meanwhile in a clean frying pan; heat remaining oil; add Asian greens and MAGGI Oyster Sauce. Stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with pork.
