Spicy Pork Meatballs


  • 400g
    lean pork mince
  • 1 small (80g)
    carrot, grated
  • 1 small (70g)
    zucchini, grated
  • 1
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup (35g)
  • 1 pkt
  • 1 tbsp
    canola oil, plus ΒΌ cup (60mls), extra
  • 1 tsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup (60mL)
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
  • 3 medium
    Nectarines, sliced
  • 1 pkt (360g)
    Baby spinach
  • 1 medium (170g)
    red onion
  • 1
    avocado, diced
  • 1
    Lebanese Cucumber, thinly sliced

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Combine pork, carrot, zucchini, egg, breadcrumbs, and MAGGI Chilli Con Carne Recipe Base in a bowl. Use clean hands to mix until well combined. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs.

  2. Heat oil in large grill pan on medium heat; add meatballs, cook 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through, set aside. In a small bowl combine mustard, vinegar, honey and extra oil. Whisk until combined.

  3. In a large bowl combine nectarines, baby spinach, red onion, avocado and cucumber. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing and carefully toss. Serve with spicy meatballs
