Place pork and onion to the slow cooker. Combine all other ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour over pork in slow cooker.
Cook, covered, on LOW for 8 hours or until pork is tender enough to be easily shredded with a fork. Shred pork, stir through BBQ sauce. Serve pulled pork with ready made coleslaw and warm buns if desired.
