San Choy Bau


  • 1 tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 400g
    pork mince
  • 1 tsp
    finely chopped ginger
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 230g can
    water chestnuts, drained, chopped
  • 230g can
    bamboo shoots, drained, chopped
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 pc
    green onions (shallots), sliced
  • 1 pc
    lettuce, outer leaves cut into cups

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 5 minutes
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat; add pork, ginger and garlic. Cook until pork has browned. Add water chestnuts and bamboo shoots; stir fry for one minute to heat throu

  2. Add MAGGI Fish Sauce, MAGGI Oyster Sauce, MAGGI Sweet Chilli Sauce and green onions; stir until heated through.

  3. Spoon mixture into lettuce cups to serve
