Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Burger


  • 1 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 500g
    store bought pulled pork
  • 3/4 cup (190mL)
    BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups (160g)
    coleslaw mix
  • 1/3 cup (100mL)
    Thomy Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    Dijon Mustard
  • 4
    burger buns, halved and toasted.

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add pulled pork and BBQ sauce; cook for 10 minutes or until heated through.

  2. Meanwhile in a large bowl combine coleslaw mix, THOMY Mayonnaise and mustard until combined.

  3. Evenly divide pork and coleslaw in burger buns. Serve.
