Ham, Vegetable and Noodle Slice

    zucchini, grated
  • 1 medium (120g)
    carrot, grated
  • 125g can
    corn kernels, drained
  • 100g
    low fat ham, chopped

  • 1 large
    tomato, cut into 6 slices
  • 1 cup (120g)
    low fat cheddar cheese, grated

How to Cook

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 30 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.

  2. Cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles according to packet directions (do not add flavour sachet at this stage); drain. Add to a large bowl with flavour sachet, zucchini, carrot, corn, ham, eggs and ¾ cup (90g) of the cheese; mix well.

  3. Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 20 minutes or until golden.
