Green Bean & Meatball Stir Fry

    flat rice noodles

    green beans, trimmed and halved

    Wombok (Chinese cabbage)
  • 1 cup (80g)
    bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp
    chopped peanuts

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mince, MAGGI Stir-fry Creations Sweet Chilli Garlic & Cashew Infusion Paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, egg, breadcrumbs and green onion. Mix well; divide mixture into 24 equal portions (approximately 1 heaped tbsp per meatball); using damp hands form into meatballs; set aside.

  2. Cook noodles following packet directions. Rinse under colder water, drain and set aside.

  3. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Cook the meatballs for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add the beans and cabbage and cook for 2–3 minutes or until tender. Add noodles, MAGGI Stir-fry Creations Sweet Chilli Garlic & Cashew Finishing Sauce, rest of soy sauce, and beansprouts; and cook for 1 minute or until coated and warmed through. Serve topped with chopped peanuts.
