Season mince with salt and pepper. Using wet hands roll 2 tablespoons of mince at a time into balls. Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat; cook meatballs until brown; add onion and mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes, or until softened.
