Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp
    oil
  • 1pkt (160g)
  • 500g
    Chicken fillet, cubed
  • 2/3 cup (170mL)
    Light cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp
    Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup (60mL)
    Water

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan, add MAGGI Butter Chicken Spice Paste, cook over a medium heat for 1 minute or until fragrant.

  2. Add chicken and toss to coat in spice paste, cook for 3 - 4 minutes or until chicken is browned.

  3. Add cream,tomato paste and MAGGI Butter Chicken Finishing Sauce, stir through, bring to the boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
