Satay Chicken


  • 500g
    skinless chicken fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1x (150g)
    onion, sliced
  • ½x (100g)
    red capsicum, sliced
  • 2 tbsp (40g)
    peanut butter
  • 1 pkt

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 6 minutes
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large pan or wok stir-fry chicken to brown, add onion and capsicum, stir-fry 2 minutes

  2. Add peanut butter and combined ¾ cup (190mL) water and MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base, stir-fry 1 minute until sauce thickens. Serve.
