Lamb Ragout


How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 45 minutes
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, brown lamb, add onion and carrots, cook 2 minutes.

  2. Add combined 1 ¼ cups (310mL) water, and MAGGI Lamb Ragout Recipe Base, bring to boil, stirring.

  3. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until lamb is tender, stir occasionally. Add peas, simmer 2 minutes.
