Beef Stroganoff


  • 500g
    lean rump steak or lean blade steak (oven & slow cooker), cut into thin strips
  • 1x
    onion, sliced
  • 1½ cups (100g)
    sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1pkt

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, brown beef, add onions and mushrooms, cook 2 minutes.

  2. Add combined 1 cup (250mL) water and MAGGI Beef Stroganoff Recipe Base, bring to boil, stirring.

  3. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until steak is tender, stir through sour cream to serve.
