Beef Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp
    Oil
  • 500g
    lean rump steak or lean blade steak (oven and slow cooker), cubed
  • 1
    onion, sliced
  • 2
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp
    tomato paste, no salt added
  • 1 ΒΌ cups (310mL)
    Water
  • 1 pkt

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 40 minutes
  1. Heat oil in pan, brown beef, add onion and potato, cook 2 minutes.

  2. Add combined tomato paste, water, and MAGGI Beef Goulash Recipe Base, bring to the boil, stirring.

  3. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until beef is tender, stir occasionally.
