Satay Chicken Noodle Stir Fry


  • 500g
    Chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 50g
    peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 medium (240g)
    carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 shallots (50g)
    trimmed, cut into matchsticks
  • 2 cups (180g)
    broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 medium (200g
    red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 2 pkts

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. In a medium size bowl stir MAGGI Satay Chicken infusion paste and peanut butter through chicken, set aside for 2-5 minutes while you prepare vegetables. Meanwhile cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles following packet directions; drain, rinse under cold water, set aside.

  2. Heat saucepan or wok over high heat, add oil. Add chicken to pan, cook for 5 mins. Add vegetables to pan, stir through & cook for 3 mins. Add noodles and MAGGI Satay Chicken finishing sauce into pan, stir through, cook for a further 2 mins or until heated through and serve.
