Satay Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. In a medium size bowl stir MAGGI Satay Chicken infusion paste and peanut butter through chicken, set aside for 2-5 minutes while you prepare vegetables. Meanwhile cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodles following packet directions; drain, rinse under cold water, set aside.

  2. Heat saucepan or wok over high heat, add 1 tbsp oil. Add chicken to pan, cook for 5 mins. Add vegetables to pan, stir through & cook for 3 mins. Add noodles and MAGGI Satay Chicken finishing sauce into pan, stir through, cook for a further 2 mins or until heated through and serve.
