Spicy Korean Bimimbap


How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 12 minutes
  1. Heat oil in frying pan, add mince and cook for 3-4 minutes until brown. Move mince to side of pan to make room to fry eggs. Cook sunny side up, and set pan aside.

  2. Meanwhile heat a clean nonstick frying pan over high heat. Sesame oil, beansprouts, half the spring onions and cook for one minute.

  3. Cook MAGGI Fusian Spicy Beef Korean noodles, for 3 minutes in boiling water, drain, place in a serving bowl and stir through flavour sachets. Place mince, snow peas, beansprouts and mushrooms on top of noodles. Top with fried eggs and remaining spring onions. Top with extra chilli and lime if desired.
