Garlic Drumsticks with Potato Rosti


  • 1 kg (6-8)
    chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp
    garlic puree
  • 2 large (600g)
    potatoes, scrubbed and washed
  • 1 rasher (65g)
    rindless bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups (240g)
    frozen peas, blanched
  • ½ cup (125mL)
    NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 40 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Coat drumsticks with garlic, spray with oil, place in a single layer in a roasting tray, cook for 40 minutes or until juices run clear, when pierced though thick part.

  2. Meanwhile grate potatoes, add seasoning if desired, squeeze grated potato to remove water, spray oil into hot frying pan, flatten golf ball sized amounts of potato and add to pan, turn heat down to medium and cook each side for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to keep warm.

  3. Fry bacon until crispy, add peas and stir through NESTLÉ Reduced Fat Cream just prior to serving.
