Easy Chicken Curry


  • 2 tbsp
    curry powder
  • 500g
    chicken thigh fillets, fat trimmed, cut into chunks
  • 1 x
    onion, chopped
  • 2 (400g)
    medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1 pkt
  • 1½ cups (375mL)
    chicken stock
  • 1 cup (250mL)
  • 1 cup (120g)
    frozen peas

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 22 minutes
  1. Add curry powder to chicken, massage with hands to coat. Heat frying pan, add oil, chicken and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes or until golden. Add onion and fry further 2 minutes

  2. Mix MAGGI Creamy Chicken Recipe Base to a paste with 1/4 cup of chicken stock, add to pan with remaining chicken stock, simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Add milk and peas cook for a further 5 minutes. Serve
