Chicken San Choy Bau


A handy tip to create authentic texture for your San Choy Bau is to immerse the chicken mince in boiling water, drain and then fry.

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Heat oil in large frying pan, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Add water chestnuts, bamboo, carrot, cabbage and MAGGI Teriyaki and Sesame Infusion Paste cook for a further 5-6 minutes

  2. Meanwhile cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodle Chicken as per packet instructions; drain and add to pan.

  3. Stir through shallots, coriander and noodles. Serve into prepared lettuce cups and drizzle with MAGGI Teriyaki and Sesame Finishing Sauce.
