Chicken Fajitas


  • 400g
    chicken thigh fillet, fat trimmed and cut into strips

  • spray oil for cooking

    red chilli, deseeded, chopped
  • 1 medium (150g)
    onion, sliced
  • 1 small (150g)
    green capsicum, sliced
  • 1 small (150g)
    red capsicum, sliced
  • 10
    soft flour tortillas

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Coat chicken in MAGGI Beef Stroganoff Recipe Base and set aside.

  2. Heat frying pan, spray with oil, add chicken and chilli (if desired) fry until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.

  3. Heat frying pan, spray with oil, add onion, and capsicum fry for 4 minutes.

  4. To make fajitas place 3-4 chicken pieces in a wrap and add onions and capsicum. You can personalise your fajitas by adding extras such as sour cream, salsa or guacamole, fold to enclose and serve.
