Butter Chicken Poppadoms


  • 1 tbsp
  • 500g
    chicken mince
  • 1 pkt
  • 3/4 cup (190mL)
    lite cream
  • 1 pkt
    mini poppadoms
  • 1 tbsp
    chopped coriander
  • 4 cups
    Cooked basmati rice, to serve

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. Melt butter in a medium frying pan over medium high heat; add chicken, cook until browned.  

  2. Combine MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base and cream, add to cooked stir while cooking until thickened.

  3. Meanwhile, place 5 poppadoms at a time in the microwave at a time. Cook on High (100%) for 30 seconds or until cooked. Repeat with remaining poppadoms.

  4. Sprinkle chicken with coriander and serve with poppadoms and rice.

  5. Handy Hint: If desired, serve with finely chopped cucumber and peanuts.
