Butter Chicken Pizza

    chicken breast, diced

  • ¼ cup (60g) , ¼ cup (60g) extra
    tomato paste
  • ⅔ cup (170mL)
  • 4 x
    naan bread
  • 1 cup
    chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup (120g)
    grated tasty cheese
  • ½ cup
    natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp
    chopped coriander

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 25 minutes
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays. Combine MAGGI Butter Chicken Recipe Base and chicken in a medium bowl, set aside for 6-8 minutes.

  2. Melt butter in pan, add prepared chicken, cook for 2 minutes or until lightly browned, mix tomato paste and cream until combined, add to chicken, bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minute or until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked.

  3. Place naan bread on prepared trays; equally divide extra tomato paste over naan, top with butter chicken mixture and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes or until naan is golden and cheese is melted.
