Spicy Beef Pappardelle

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt (375g)
    fresh pappardelle
  • 1 bunch (180g)
    asparagus, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 2 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 tsp
    garlic puree
  • 400g
    rump steak, sliced thinly
  • 1½ cups (105g)
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1
    red chilli, sliced
  • ¼ cup (20g)
    grated parmesan

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Cook pasta according packet instructions, two minutes before draining add asparagus, drain and keep warm.

  2. Heat a large frying pan, add 1 tbsp oil, garlic and beef, cook for 4 minutes or until browned. Add mushrooms cook for a further 2 minutes. Add chilli.Remove from heat, stir though pasta and 1 tbsp oil, top with parmesan to serve.
