Satay Meatballs


  • 500g
    beef mince
  • 1
    egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 medium (150g)
    onion, finely chopped
  • 250g pkt
    frozen spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1 pkt
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 cup (250mL)
  • 2 tbsp
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 600g
    fresh hokkien noodles, cooked according to packet directions.

How to Cook

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. Combine mince with egg, half the onion, half the spinach and 2 tsp of the MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base; form mixture into meatballs.

  2. Heat frying pan over medium heat, add oil and meatballs, cook until golden brown. Add remaining onion, cook 2 minutes.

  3. Combine the rest of the MAGGI Satay Chicken Recipe Base with remaining water and peanut butter, add to pan with remaining spinach. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Serve with noodles
