Naked Mexican Burger

Ingredients

  • 400g
    lean minced beef
  • 1 medium (120g)
    carrot, grated
  • 1 small (90g)
    zucchini, grated
  • 1 pkt
  • 1 tbsp
    canola oil
  • 4 large
    lettuce leaves
  • 4 medium (600g)
    tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium (170g)
    red onion, diced finely
  • 1
    avocado, mashed
  • 1/2
    lemon, juiced

How to Cook

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Combine beef, carrot, zucchini, MAGGI Mexican Nachos Recipe Base in bowl. Use clean hands to mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.

  2. Heat a large frying pan, spray with oil; cook 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

  3. In a small bowl combine avocado and lemon juice. Assemble burgers; place pattie in lettuce cup; top with tomato, onion and avocado mix.
