Mexican Nachos


  • 2 tsp

    lean beef mince
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 pkt
  • 1 can (400g)
    chopped tomatoes
  • 200g
    corn chips
  • 1/2 cup
    cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup
    lite sour cream

How to Cook

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes
  1. Heat oil in pan, brown mince, add onion, cook 2 minutes, stirring.

  2. Add combined chopped tomatoes and MAGGI Chilli Con Carne Recipe Base. Bring to boil, then simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Place corn chips on serving plates, spoon mince mixture into centre. Sprinkle with grated cheese, grill until cheese melts. Top with light sour cream.

  4. Serve with green salad.
