Gyros

Ingredients

  • 2tbsp
    Olive oil
  • 2 x 200g
    Sirloin Steak
  • 2 tbsp
    Hummus
  • 2 tbsp
    garlic paste
  • 4 pieces
    Lebanese bread
  • 2 (200g)
    Sliced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups (40g)
    Rocket

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 6 minutes
  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add sirloins, cook for 3 minutes on each side, leave for 10 minutes to rest.

  2. Meanwhile evenly divide hummus and garlic paste onto bread. Slice rested steak, place onto bread, top with rocket and sliced tomato. Roll Gyros and serve.
