Burger Stack


  • 500g
    lean beef mince
  • 1 pkt
  • 1 tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4
    portobello mushrooms, stalks removed
  • 1 large (150g)
    tomato, sliced
  • 225g can
    beetroot slices, drained
  • 1 cup (40g)
    baby spinach

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  1. Combine beef, MAGGI Best Ever Burgers Recipe Base and parsley.

  2. Divide mince mixture into 4 even portions and shape into round patties.

  3. Drizzle oil over mushrooms. Heat large frying pan or griddle, add patties and mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until patties are brown and cooked through.

  4. Assemble the stack, starting with the mushrooms as the base and then building up with patty, tomato, beetroot and baby spinach. Serve immediately.
