Beef Pad See Ew


  • 150g
    dry, flat rice noodles
  • 350g
    beef fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium (150g)
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pkt
  • 1 tbsp
    peanut oil
  • 1/2 bunch
    Gai Lan (Chinese Broccoli), cut into 3cm lengths
  • 1
    egg, lightly whisked
  • 1 cup (80g)
    bean sprouts

How to Cook

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  1. Cook noodles following packet directions. Rinse under cold water, drain and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine beef and MAGGI Stir-fry Creations Teriyaki Chicken Infusion paste, marinate 10 minutes.

  2. Heat a wok over high heat. Heat one-third of the oil in a wok over high heat; stir-fry onion for 2-3 minutes or until softened, add half the beef for 2 minutes or until browned. Repeat with half the remaining oil and the remaining beef, reheating the wok between batches.

  3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok; add gai lan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the noodles, MAGGI Stir-fry Creations Teriyaki Chicken Finishing Sauce, beef, egg and pepper. Cook, tossing, for 2 minutes or until the egg is cooked. Top with the bean sprouts.
